No Refund Policy for Glitter Cups

Thank you for your interest in our glitter cups! We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please note the following regarding our no refund policy:

  1. Air bubbles: Our glitter cups are handmade, and as a result, may contain small air bubbles. These bubbles can occur naturally during the creation process and can also be affected by temperature fluctuations during shipping. We strive to minimize these occurrences, but they are a normal part of the handmade process and do not affect the functionality of the cup.

  2. Custom Orders: All glitter cups are made to order and customized to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been confirmed.

  3. Quality Assurance: Each glitter cup is thoroughly inspected for quality before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

  4. Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after placing an order.

  5. Shipping Errors: If we mistakenly send the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
